ABOUT MEDICINA MAMA
Lumin Isla Rivera Naccarato is a Taino indigenous practitioner (behika) and Earth Keeper who focuses her gifts as a full-spectrum doula, ceremonialist, and storyteller to embolden women to take back their power and live a "wholistic" life.

With a lifetime of matriarchal wisdom poured into her paired with years of training and education, Lumin is ready to stand tall amongst her ancestors to honor the calling of inspiring women to rise up and live an unapologetic, authentic life.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS MENTORING
Wellness and wholeness come from the ability to be present to our day to day lives. It is to remain in harmony with our emotions and listen deeply to what our spirit is calling into our lives. This process of integrating our everyday Earthly schedule with our spirit bound purpose takes a balancing act of duality.

I am here to teach you duality. I am here to open your eyes and heart to all that you are and how much you are capable of achieving. Through sharing space together, you will activate the divine fire within you and become your ancestors wildest dreams come true.
ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT & REIKI MASSAGE
It is all too common to fall out of alignment with our body. When your mind begins to race and your body begins to ache, that is a clear message to seek relief.

During our time together, I will energetically map out your body to see what areas speak and what it is asking of me. I then perform reiki while also providing a massage to the affected areas. During the end of our time, I offer spiritual guidance to give you the tools needed to maintain alignment and peace.
CLOSING BONES CEREMONY
This is one of the most potent practices for a woman's transformation into motherhood. Closing the bones is a spiritual ritual of honoring and closing the womb once a child is born. It creates space to give your womb and body gratitude for the gift of growing life, and allowing that chapter to close so that you may walk whole into the next chapter of motherhood.

This can be performed between 6-12 weeks postpartum, or when a decision is made to end your pregnancy journey for this lifetime.
CUSTOM EARTH AND HERBAL BLENDS
It is a deep desire of mine that every woman experiences the act of having something special created for them. You create life within your womb, goddess. And to honor your divine essence, I produce Earth and herbal blended products to give back to the body that has given so much.

Each blend is custom made based on your wants, needs, and desired healing you wish to see unfold in your life. From tea to tinctures, each piece is a hand blended creation with love and quality sourced Earth elements.
